Madaraca LLC respects the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond appropriately to legitimate claims of copyright infringement.
Only the copyright owner or an authorized representative may submit a notice regarding copyright infringement.
Notices must be submitted in writing to the designated contact to ensure proper handling.
1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Contact information of the notifier, including name and email address.
4. A statement affirming a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
6. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Individuals whose content has been removed may submit a counter-notice, which must include their signature, identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith, and contact details. The counter-notice will be reviewed upon receipt.
Madaraca LLC may disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when appropriate.
