Rights of Copyright Holders
Only copyright holders or their authorized agents are entitled to submit notices of infringement.
How to File a DMCA Notice
Notices must be submitted in written form to the designated contact as detailed below.
Required Information
A valid notice should include:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work;
2. Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing;
3. Contact information of the notifier;
4. A statement of good faith regarding the unauthorized use;
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury;
6. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Counter-Notification Process
If a user believes their material has been incorrectly removed, they may submit a counter-notice. This response must include their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use it. Upon receipt, we will evaluate the counter-notice and may restore the material if deemed appropriate.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Workoutstored reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users identified as repeat infringers when necessary.Designated Agent
